DesignStudio

Located in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market Innovation District, MINIMAL HQ features a 10K sq. ft. multiple bow-truss design studio, with dedicated project rooms and plenty of space + flexibility to accommodate our clients, startups and incubated brands.

CollabCafe

Situated at the base of the Morgan Street L stop, the café is our window to the thriving west loop neighborhood. The café was designed to facilitate creative cross-pollination and cultivate new ventures and ideas amongst local entrepreneurs.

MakerWorkshop

Our rapid prototyping lab is a workspace for makers, hackers, artists and craftsmen. The fab lab features state-of-the-art 3D printers, laser cutting and etching, a Carvey CNC machine, as well as lathing, cutting, milling and drilling equipment.

TheHangar

We like to party. Thankfully our massive 5K sq. ft. event and activity space does too. The Hangar is a blank canvas and home base for large scale installations, brand activations, photoshoots and the occasional blowout bash. Sign up for our newsletter and get on the list.
